Our earliest project; the house sits on a tight 400 sq.m plot. The program demanded most functions to be accommodated on the ground floor including two bedrooms, a study and a small garden. The design responded by creating an open plan and opening up all the ‘public’ areas of the house towards the north, making full use of the fifteen feet margin- to both expand the sense of space, as well as, bring in the indirect north light.
